Is the first level of a certified diver that allows you to dive up to 20 meters in the future with another certified diver with the same level or higher.

This training programme aims at introducing the fundamentals of SCUBA diving to new entrants to the sport of recreational SCUBA diving, which will enable them to undertake no-decompression stop dives, whilst using air as a breathing gas, to a maximum depth of twenty (20) meters in a safe manner.

This course will teach you the basics of scuba diving that involves: how to use and work with the snorkel and scuba system, hand signals, safety skills including AR and CPR together with theory of basic physic of gases, respiratory system, dive accidents prevention, dive planning and marine environment.
